If you're trying to cover more than about 2500 sq ft with strong, fast, reliable WiFi, you already know a single AP router solutuion just won't cut it. So what is the solution? One word: "Mesh"! the fact is, a single wireless access point simply can't cover an entire home with a strong enough signal. The FCC regulates how strong a single AP's wireless radio can be, so they just can't realistically do the job on their own with those kinds of limitations.  Forget "range extenders" and their multitude of reliability problems, not to mention the huge security threat they open up. A mesh WiFi network allows you to place as many AP's (access points) as your home  requires to flood the entire area with a solid WiFi signal. The problem is, you can place too many AP's and confuse your devices with too many signals fighting for their connection. We use advanced software that maps out the entire floorplan, including location of doors and windows (WiFi has a hard time passing through glass) to plan out exactly how many AP's you need, and exactly where to put them. We specialize in Ubiquiti, Google, Asus, and Netgear WiFi mesh systems, but heavily recommend Ubiquiti. This fee includes the price to set the equioment up, not the equpment itself.
